  14. Renaissance Engineering, Inc., is looking for a special individual who 
  15. wants to be part of the core design & development team and own a piece 
  16. of the action.  Those interested in contract programming or 
  17. telecommuting need not apply.

  19. Duties and Responsibilities:
  20. The position will involve becoming the lead developer in the object-
  21. oriented development of client/server applications using Visual C++ 
  22. on Windows NT and Windows 3.1.  The work involves a state-of-the-art 
  23. environment with five other developers at our offices in downtown 
  24. Dayton, Ohio.  
  25.  
  26. Applications:
  27. We have developed a state-of-the-art client/server application for 
  28. manufacturing companies with a growing client list including 
  29. General Electric and Siemens.  Our development has also been supported 
  30. by grants from the National Science Foundation and the Department of 
  31. Commerce.

  33. Requirements:
  34. The position requires at least five years of software development 
  35. experience with at least two years experience developing in
  36. C++/Windows. Experience with MFC, SQL, and Netware is a plus.
